The hotel had basic but clean rooms with lots of helpful items for our short stay. The service was amazing, especially with Big Todor and Fima who were always up for a laugh. The rooms had all the equipment needed for light snacks, including a cooker ring and a toaster. The cleaning service was excellent with daily cleaning, fresh towels every 2 days, and bedding changed twice a week. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was a slight oversight on the second day with toiletries and new towels/sheets. The breakfast was excellent, and the value for money was great. The staff, especially Fima, Tudors, Ivan, Peter, and the rest of the team, were incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with a thoughtful birthday present.
